Garbutt & Elliott LLP, a leading UK accountancy firm based from Leeds and York, has elected to roll out Wolters Kluwer's CCH CRM powered by Workbooks across its whole practice.

The decision was made after extensive evaluation of the CRM market, helped by external specialist consultants.
